All sales are final. Due to the nature and value of jewelry items, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted after purchase.

All items are sold as is. Lopez Villa Jewelry does not provide any warranty on jewelry products.

The seller is not responsible for:

    •    Damage caused by misuse or accidents

    •    Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water

    •    Improper handling or storage

    •    Repairs or alterations made by third parties

Stone Loss or Damage

Lopez Villa Jewelry LLC is not responsible for lost stones, broken chains, clasps, or any damage that occurs after the item has been delivered.

-We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, pricing or listing errors, or product unavailability. We may require additional verification before accepting or processing any order. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
